Greymouth is the largest town and commercial centre of the West Coast region. TPP’s head office and main campus on Tainui Street is within easy walking distance of downtown. The Greymouth campus is home to our renowned outdoor education and jade carving programmes.

The West Coast offers a host of lifestyle and outdoor attractions. The town is right in the heartland of the stunning West Coast landscape and offers opportunities for a wide range of activities including tramping, kayaking, skiing and mountaineering. There are also many sports clubs keen to attract new members, where you will be made very welcome. Greymouth is a great place to be a student!
The West Coast offers a host of attractions, including the mighty Buller River, Paparoa National Park with its spectacular limestone caves and the remarkable Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers. Almost all the West Coast region is National Park or Conservation Estate land, providing the perfect setting for activities such as bush walking, fishing, surfing, caving, and mountain climbing and watching spectacular sunsets.

Christchurch Campus (MAINZ):

Our High Street campus has recording studios, computer labs, and a wide range of audio, live sound and recording equipment, while our separate purpose-built live sound and DJ space on King Edward Terrace is a great performance venue.
Wanaka Campus: Wanaka has long been a magnet for outdoor enthusiasts and our Ski Patrol programme takes full advantage of its spectacular location. Our unique field classroom, right in the middle of the Treble Cone ski area, guarantees you’ll enjoy maximum ‘on snow’ training and experience.
Treble Cone
A unique "on snow" classroom in the middle of the Treble Cone Ski Area provides the best possible training environment for those seeking a career in ski patrolling.
One of New Zealand's premier ski and snowboarding destinations, Treble Cone offers awesome terrain for all abilites, fast lifts, reliable snow and the most uncrowded slopes in the Southern Lakes area. Covering 550 hectares, Treble Cone has more skiable terrain than any other ski or snowboard area in the South Island of New Zealand. With the largest vertical rise in the Southern Lakes and spectacular views over Lake Wanaka and Mt Aspiring, Treble Cone can claim some of the most exhilirating runs in the country.
One of Treble Cone's best features is the southern hemisphere's only high speed, detachable, six-seater chairlift. It has has an extensive modern snowmaking system.
This ensures maximum "on-snow" training time. Treble Cone also has large areas of avalanche terrain, making for an ideal learning environment.
