Diploma in Networking & Security (Level 6)

Welcome to the Techtorium Diploma in Networking and Security. The Networking and Security student will be required to complete four modules that will provide a critical understanding of Windows Sever 2012, Windows 8, and virtualisation concepts. This Networking and Security course is designed for students who seek to learn more about Installing, upgrading, migrating, configuring and troubleshooting Windows 7 and 8 Client Operating Systems. Configuring and installing DNS, WINS, and DHCP network infrastructure and servers, Configuring Active Directory in Windows Servers and Identifying, protecting, authenticating and accessing network security and basic cryptography.

Students that complete the Diploma in Networking & Security (Level 6) will have the knowledge and skills to enter the IT industry at an intermediate level. Having gained knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012, graduates of the Diploma in Networking and Security will have the opportunity to become Network Engineers, IT Systems Engineers, or Migration Engineers.
